What to Expect in Treatment
The unknown is part of what makes this so frightening. Here's an honest picture of what the process actually looks like.
Your path ahead
No two recovery journeys are identical, but the path tends to follow a few recognizable stages. Knowing what's ahead can take some of the fear out of the first step.
The first conversation
It starts with a phone call or text. We listen, ask a few questions, and help you understand what level of care may fit. There's no script and no pressure, just a real person helping you sort through a hard moment.
Detox and stabilization
When it's needed, medically supervised detox comes first, with care available around the clock. The goal is to get through withdrawal safely and comfortably so the real work can begin.
Daily structure and therapy
Days are built around individual therapy, group work, and skills that help in real life, methods like DBT, CBT, and motivational interviewing. Because we stay intentionally small, care is genuinely individualized.
Stepping through the Continuity of Care
As your loved one stabilizes, the same team helps them step into the next appropriate stage, from residential to outpatient, sober living, and aftercare. No starting over, no new team to trust each time.

You do not have to figure this out alone.
Our first step is helping your family understand what may be needed now, and what support comes next. No pressure, just a conversation.
