The city sets to have the support of non profit foundations in order to have areas that emergency responders or police can attend such as mental health and drug and alcohol treatment centers, such as the many drug rehabs in the San Diego county. We commend the city for the undertaking and look forward to them reaching out more to those with more experience in order to reduce jail time and attend problems with the solutions needed.
