The treatment day typically starts at 7:30 a.m. with a gentle morning wake-up. Each day begins with a balanced breakfast, morning meditation and reflective journaling. The day continues with 2-4 group therapy sessions and individual therapy. The type of groups vary depending upon the needs of each resident (process groups, active groups, etc.).

Inpatient residential addiction treatment clients prepare their own lunch at noon, selecting items from a nutritious whole food inventory. In the afternoon hours, residents participate in holistic, somatic or expressive activities. Dinner is served at 5 p.m. The programmed treatment ends at 6 p.m. In the evening residents participate in community 12-step meetings. The day ends around 9 with lights out at 10 p.m

All residents are given semi-private rooms, but please call for private accommodation availability. Each room has been carefully designed to encourage fellowship and support. Clients are encouraged to bring personal items to help make their rooms feel like home.

Present Moments recognizes the need for residents to explore and become a part of the community. Outings include nature walks, paddle boarding, volunteer work, spirituality walks on the beach, and a variety of other activities. These activities and more are designed to compliment the therapy we do during drug rehab treatment.

Present Moments Recovery accepts most Private Insurance Plans, contact us to have us verify your benefits. Our intake staff can answer your questions about arranging for treatment ‘in network’ with your provider.
